BRIGHTMARK ENERGY - SCOTT HEALY

I am excited to inform you that I took a big step today to fulfill my Necker pledge to materially improve the world.  With Goldman Sachs help,  we successfully priced our $184 million municipal bond offering for our planned Indiana plastic waste recycling plant (pyrolysis technology).  Demand for the bonds was so strong that we were oversubscribed by nearly 3 times and we beat our target interest rate by 87.5 bps.  In addition, our institutional marketing went so well on this project that we now have the premier investment banks and some large potential partners approaching us about going public.  So beyond the successful implementation of this project, I am now setting an even bigger goal of completing a billion(s) strategic equity transaction so we can build similar projects throughout the world.  Thank you and your team for the inspiration to take on this important venture!   It has been an amazing few years for me since my 2016 honeymoon on Necker. 

I was thrilled to find and marry my true love.  Now, I am applying that same passion to making this project successful and solving this immense environmental problem.    If you are interested, I would be happy to invite you to the groundbreaking (which I believe will be in May).  And as we previously discussed, anything you can say about the project on social media around our press release would be greatly appreciated.  We are trying to increase awareness about this leading-edge technology.

I am also excited to tell you that Project Greenlink (of which I am a part-owner) to bring 500 MW of wind power from Ireland to England is now in implementation (cable is being laid) and my son, who is in solar, just secured a very large power purchase agreement for his company for a combined solar and storage project in the United States (to be announced in a month).
